This painting was inspired by my feelings in a moment. Feb 2024 I had experienced a miscarriage that broke me in so many pieces. The experience that I felt during this miscarriage was not only traumatic as I felt my body experience contractions at just 8 weeks pregnant. I knew my baby was gone the moment I saw I rushed to the hospital 3 times as I experienced my body going through the mountains of emotions. After the baby had passed through my body I looked at the sac that came along with it and all of my emotions left me. I cried through many parts of days in and out for weeks. Till I decided to paint the pain of loosing my baby that I didn't get to know or hold or even see. This painting depicts the loss of my baby.
